1.) What was your big turning point -- either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose weight?

Brittany: It was a gradual denial that culminated into a eventual realization that I was young and unhealthy.

2.) If you could go back in time, would you go on the show with the same weight-loss buddy? Why or why not?

Brittany: Thankfully I was partnered up with someone who I was compatible with. They couldn’t have chosen a better partner than Bernie.

3.) Who worked harder at losing weight—you or your partner? Tell us why.

Brittany: We both worked extremely hard.

4.) What do you think your biggest weight-loss obstacles will be now that you're dieting on your own?

Brittany: I still have to work on my fear of failure.

5. ) Who do you think will make it to the end of the show and why?

Brittany: Myself because I don’t take any guff!

6.) What is one thing that happened behind-the-scenes that no one would know from watching the show?

Brittany: I would tell you, but then I would have to kill you.

7.)What advice can you give other people who are hoping to lose extra pounds?

Brittany: Stick with it. Results really do come with consistency and a positive outlook.

8.) What strategy did you use to try and stay on the show? Why don’t you think it worked?

Brittany: Being a competitor and recognizing a winner when you see it.

9.) Do you think anyone was portrayed unfairly on the show?

Brittany: I haven’t seen any of the episodes yet.

10. Did anyone act differently when the cameras were off?

Brittany: Everybody loves when the cameras are off. We run amuck.

Brittany, your biggest obstacle in your life is jealousy. You were jealous of the guys, you were jealous that Ali looked better than you. Jealousy is a terrible demon and you need to work to get rid of that or you will end up where you started. Take what Jillian has taught you and keep close to your heart and mind all the time.

    Posted by: ai | March 19, 2008 07:27 AM

ai was so right with her comment. The jealousy was what brought you down. I am personally happy that you have been eliminated. Your eye rolling was childish, and you just felt you were above it all. Jealousy kept you from forming the alliances that you needed.

    Posted by: Suzy Q | March 19, 2008 07:39 AM

Has anyone noticed that the picture is NOT Brittany??? Who is that?

    Posted by: Anonymous | March 19, 2008 09:16 AM

I agree with everyone about how jealous you were. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else and I guess the person who is upset the most that you were eliminated is Jillian who needs to grow up to and stop being jealous!

    Posted by: Anonymous | March 19, 2008 09:30 AM

My goodness people. Do you forget how arrogant Dan is? Or how Roger is constantly trying to strong arm the others? etc, etc. Everyone on this show has their own personality flaws. But they're all inspirational.

Brittany - you were beautiful before, but you're quickly on your way to becoming a knock out. Keep on keeping on. Can't wait to see you at the finale!

    Posted by: NewMama | March 19, 2008 09:40 AM

It would probably be helpful if folks on this blog would be a little less judgemental. These are regular folks like you and me. Are they perfect? No. Are they evil or bad people? Absolutely not!

Did the eye-rolling and comments get a bit annoying? Sure. Is Dan a bit too arrogant these days? Yes. But when you're 21 and you go from the fat kid with glasses who played the guitar as an escape to now hanging with the former Crimson Tide football player, it's understandable why he's feeling a bit cocky. Or that girls who have always heard "you've got a beautiful face, now if you only lost some weight," all their lives are now feeling a bit empowered.

I just want to know how they made her tata's look like that in that dress. My wife wants to know.

    Posted by: anonymous | March 19, 2008 10:45 AM

I agree, who is that in the picture because that is NOT Brittany!!!! You looked awesome in that dress and double sided tape works wonders doesn't it!!! Brittany, you are very beautiful too bad this picture isn't really you!!!

Posted by: Tina in CT | March 19, 2008 10:55 AM

Dear Brittany, I think you are as cute as button and I think you did a great job on the show. You always gave those men a run for their money when it came time for the challenges.
Anonymous person above me--Her breasts are young enough that they may have only needed pasties, but I know that to get my Mom boobs to stand up like that I can use duck tape. Tell that to your wife.

    Posted by: Mrs. F | March 19, 2008 11:28 AM

Instead of putting Brittany down, everyone should be applauding her for having the courage to go on this show and expose herself to the world! Brittany...keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll be "steamy hot" by the finale...you looked GREAT at the Prevention runway show!

    Posted by: Eve | March 19, 2008 11:38 AM

Brittany, I believe that you did a great job on the show. You don't have to work on your fear of failure as everyone fails at some point in everything they do. It is how you respond to failure that matters. You are a competitor and as such you just need to remember to learn from the failures and make yourself better.

    Posted by: Competitor | March 19, 2008 11:39 AM

Brittney, I was so sorry to see you go. You were a force to be reckoned with when it came to the challenges. Why is it acceptable for Dan to act cocky because he's hanging out with a former football player??? I think BL made a mistake having the two kicked off contestants come back. It ruined the real game and seeing who really would have won.

Dan made a big mistake by voting Brittney off....If there's a change that Jay, Mark or Roger have to vote him off they will.

    Posted by: Sue A | March 19, 2008 11:43 AM

Brittany, I hated to see you go. In the end the guys are going to realize they should have voted off the bigger threats. In the end they will see that their strategies did not work. I think you have a strong competitive spirit and I cannot wait to see how good you have done at the finale.

    Posted by: Kim | March 19, 2008 12:07 PM

haha! ivillage screwed up! That's not Brittany's picture! That's her "mystery partner" who was replaced by Bernie!! Who is she???

    Posted by: carol | March 19, 2008 12:30 PM

That picture. If you'll notice in the big group picture at the top of the page, each contestant is standing next to their partner. Bernie is not in attendance..that "mystery girl" is standing next to Brittany. I guess she had to bow out and the network replaced her with Bernie.

    Posted by: carol | March 19, 2008 12:33 PM

Brittany, it was the first time my 20-something sons watched last night. They only saw the final 10 minutes. Your wish came true. They both said
"She is smokin hot" those were their exact words. That was when you were back at home, working out. Probably when you don't think you look your best.
Then, they almost melted into the floor when they saw you smile.

    Keep believing in yourself.
You've seen how others love and believe in you, just the way you are.
Take what you've learned and apply it each day. When things get rough in your life-turn to those new tools, not to food; because it is NOT about the food, really...is it?

    As for everyone else:
    Jealous? No.
Insecure, possibly as many with issues with food are. It just comes through differently with each individual. Each contestant represents that quality in many of us in their own way.
These are real people with feeling, not characters.

    Posted by: R | March 19, 2008 12:44 PM

Give Maggie and Brittany a break. They both worked incredibly hard and made it really far in this show; they have a lot to be proud of. So what if they did a little eye rolling or complaining? This show is a competition and I imagine the other team's antics get tiring after awhile, and almost anyone would complain as well in their situation! They're hungry, tired, and under constant stress.

    Posted by: C | March 19, 2008 02:04 PM

You are some sick individuals...and have a bigger problem than these people that are/were overweight. What in your lifetime has made you so ugly and mean? You should stop affecting others with your disease and shut up! The only one displaying jealousy around here is YOU. Perhaps you should do a little work on yourself, and the ugliness that permeates through your veins. THAT would make your world a better place. As for all the contestants you're trying to hurt...their worlds are happy with or without you. Go Away.

To "to all the rude posters" - you sound ridiculous. blah, blah, blah.

    Posted by: Jujubee | March 19, 2008 02:50 PM

Brittany I am ashamed of Dan for what a dumb mistake he made when he voted you off. I pray he loses because of this. You are no threat and you tried your hardest. You are the only one who has ever gottet me motivated enouf to get me off my lazy butt!!!!! You kept triing no matter what that scale said.I will give you a standing applause. And a thank you for always doing your best and helping a stranger through your power of strenghth.ty

    Posted by: Marcie | March 19, 2008 02:53 PM

I absolutely agree with the 20-something sons. Brittany, you are already one smokin' hottie! I went to sleep last night dreaming of you in that dress. Yowza!

I have to admit, as a former football player/jock, I was kinda pulling for the guys, but I started becoming a fan a couple months ago when the footage aired began showing just how arrogant the guys were becoming (and it's only gotten worse, right Dan?)

Seeing that footage of Maggie talking to guys in a bar and giggling and beaming when she said, "I'm not the fat girl anymore," and seeing you smile and beam when you saw yourself in that dress (again, YOWZA!) are moments that I want to be able to experience. No dress, though. :-) But moments like that are the reason I watch the show, and the reason I keep pushing when I think I'm too exhausted to do another lap, another mile, another set.

Brittany and everyone who has the courage to say "Enough is enough!" and make it to the final group picked for the show, I applaud you, and my wife applauds you. I said last season to my wife that I needed a trainer like Bob or Jillian that would give me that kick in the ass to get me motivated to work out. But just watching the transformations in not only your bodies but your levels of self-confidence, pride, courage and belief that you CAN accomplish anything you set out to--those are the reasons that keep me going now, no trainer needed. I just keep the goal in sight--those jeans I haven't fit into since eighth grade, that lost-fifty-pounds reward, whatever it may be. I think I speak for tons of people (pun intended) when I say that we're proud of you, and we're inspired by you.

So to Brittany and ALL the contestants (and posters, whether you like a player or not, they're still on TBL for a reason and by the way they are succeeding), thank you.

(of course, if I were selected to be on the show, I'd jump at the chance!)

Brit, I was so sad to see you voted off! I knew the guys weren't going to do the smart thing and vote off the bigger threat. It'll come back to bite them in the butt. I was really hoping you'd be in it till the very end. Wishing you all the best!

Sorry to see you go. I think you have already achieved smoking hot status. The dress was amazing and you worked it. The after shots of you at home you looked hot. I told my wife that I didn't know if I wanted to watch anymore because the eye candy was gone. Congrats on all your success and good luck at the finale.

I was sorry to see you get voted off. But Just keep up what Jullians tought you and you will do fine. She is great. I watch the show all the time. When I first started watching I weighed 336 lbs. I now weigh 230 lbs. Its hard but its worth every once of sweet and hard work. I just think what would Jullian say to do now. I get up and exercise. Thanks for being so helpfull and giving us all so much hope.

Brit, I agree with all the others that say you are smoking hot!!! I kept telling my husband that you are absolutly gorgeous and my 18 year old son felt the same way!!! You have done a great job and Dan is going to realize that his tatoo buddies will throw him to the wolves in an instant if they thought he was a threat. You've busted your butt and it shows!! See you in the finals!!

    Brittany,
I was so sad to see that you were voted off the show. I really hoped that you would go all the way. The thing that impresses me the most about you is how you always try to look at the positive side of things and to keep a good attitude. Watching you work so hard every week has been very motivating to me. I wish you lots of happiness in life and much success in reaching your desired level of fitness. Thank you for sharing yourself with America! KEEP UP THE INCREDIBLE WORK!! :-)

Wow. Brittany, I think you were wonderful on the show and have been beautiful from day one. Is that what the problem is here - a pretty woman so we look for reasons to critize.

Brittany - don't listen to this BS - your spirit and personality were great. I think we might just have a case of women being SUPER critical of other women.

    Will that ever stop?

    Posted by: Jenny | March 19, 2008 08:32 PM

What about Ali? Yeah, Dan did make a bad mistake voting Brittany off but Ali is not much better!! She acted like she was be-friending Brittany but when it came down to it, she wasn't. She is too caught up with the boys to even think about being real with Brittany. I feel bad for Jillian because she worked hard and for whatever reason she didn't get results. It was definately evident that her and Jillian were close!

Way to go Brittany!! You and Bernie have been my number 1 from the beginning!! I was sad to see Bernie go but also you just the same!

I think that in the runway shoot they should have brought back Bernie along with her mom to encourage her!

    Posted by: Anonymous | March 19, 2008 09:46 PM

First of all, I watched the show last night. Brittany's final weight was 170 lbs (not 172 lbs like it says out here). Can't this website even get something that simple right? Second of all, Brittany, you should never have felt bad. Maybe you were not losing enough weight to actually win the show, but isn't the bigger prize the fact that you lost 51 lbs in such a short amount of time? You should be so proud of yourself. You are also beautiful. I mentioned that to my boyfriend more than once-that you will be incredible once you have lost all your excess weight. I know that you worked out just as hard as everyone else-your metabolism is just different-it's a fact of life that some of us have slower metabolisms. Men have it easier when it comes to losing weight, and a woman has NEVER won the biggest loser. However, I have watched every episode of this show-Most (not all) of you look so amazing at the finale-Look how close to winning Julie came last season and Susie (seasons before)? In order to win, Contestants have to surpass their goal weights and become super thin (like Matt did). He later gained some of the weight he lost back. I didn't like it when you got so upset-when you realized you probably could not win the show-but I've always liked you. I wish you all the best. I know that you will knock everyone's socks off at the finale!

    Posted by: aliciaarol | March 20, 2008 05:14 AM

I have so many questions. The picture looks like Brittany to me. Why do Brittany and other eliminated contestants (like Maggie) answer the question about who they think will make it to the finale with the words "I will". These contestants have been voted off-they are supposed to give their opinion about who, among those left at the ranch, they think will make it into the final 4 (and be eligible to win the 250,000 dollars). Also, when the show shows us what the eliminated players look like today, "today" means March 18th 2008 (when I'm watching the show). How could Brittany have only been home for three weeks, If the final 4 go home for months before the finale (which we will soon see live)? Obviously, the final 4 are already home-they have to be home because there are not that many weeks left before the finale airs. I've never understood the "real time" verses the "tv time". Sometimes they show how the "eliminated player looks like today" and the person has gotten super thin already (before the live finale). If anyone out there can figure out how brittney's today "blurb" could only be three weeks after she got eliminated, I would really appreciate it. Do these biggest loser contestants really work out 6 hours a day-every day? How can a person ever lose 31 lbs in one week (like Jerry did last season)? Before I watched the show, I would have thought it impossible for anyone to lose 31 lbs in one week! If you know the answers to any of my "obsessive" biggest loser questions, I would really appreciate you giving me the answers. Thanks!

    Posted by: aliciaarol | March 20, 2008 06:49 AM

Why doesn't this Biggest Loser iVillage website list Pictures of and comments from all the eliminated players? I really thought that I could view every single player eliminatred so far this season (but apparently I can't).

    Posted by: Calbaby | March 20, 2008 06:56 AM

To aliciaarol - I can answer you a little. All of the contestants are home by now, but the finalists went home just a couple of weeks ago. So the finalists are actually home about 6 weeks +- before the finale. The finale will be mid-April. Yes they work out about 6 hours a day, but I don't think its a straight 6 hours. I think it's broken up into 2 hour segments. When you don't have to work and you can be focused on wkg out and eating right it's pretty easy to make the time. Not syaing its easy to do tho'! As far as the how they look today thing goes, I don't know. Hope this helps a little.

Did anyone notice how Brit said "I would tell you, but I would have to kill you"? Good Grief! It would only take some impossibly nosy people to find out! In some horrible way, it's kind of funny, but she sounds like some James Bond villian! BTW, Brit, you are great (But lay off on the "steamy/smokin' hots"). Jay was the bigger threat, the blue is real tight-knit, which is good but confirms your elimination. I may sound like a hypocrite by writing that, but there were bigger threats than the pink (read: gray and orange). Anyway, keep up the good work!

    Posted by: Joe | March 20, 2008 10:12 AM

Jujubee: Grow-up! How old are? She had an excellant point! These people are fighting against an epidemic and they are all incredibly courageous to do it on television. I think she worked incredibly hard and I think those boys on the show are beyond arrogant. Mark treats his own brother like dirt! And Dan was beyond insane to go on and on about being a competitor and then vote for Brittany. Well, dude you just sealed your own fate because the only ones that Mark and Jay are looking out for are themselves. They voted off your mom! I hope NBC does some re-working of this show asap...this group of contestants has been about the worst. Weight loss seems to be the last thing on all of their minds.

First off, I'd like to say those who are here to judge or call names, really never have understood the meaning of the show in the first place. It's about not only changing appearances but changing lives. Was Brittany strong, proud, competitive and eager? Hell ya! But that's why even those who critisize her were drawn to her. I never found her to be jealous. Ali was out of line with her ridiculous soap opera dramatic comments and Brittany had every right to roll her eyes. So to those who judge...shame on you. You aren't out there working your tail off and figuring out who you are at such a young age. She is and who are you to critisize how she does that? She is not a character, she is a real person. And Brittany, I just want you to know...you were/are my favorite. I saw in you what Jillian did and I think you have it in you to maintain this healthy, driven lifestyle and you are incredibly beautiful! You go girl and keep it up. Maintain that friendship with Jillian because bonds like this, keep us strong! I can't wait to see ya at the finale. And please by all means, beat Mark, Dan and Roger. This year its the woman's turn. :)

    Posted by: Teresa | March 20, 2008 11:23 PM

Teresa - "shame on you" (your words) for judging us. You are doing the same thing you are accusing us of. You're right - we don't know Brittany - and you know what? You don't know us. Brittany put herself out there and acted quite childishly when anyone did better than her (which was all of them). I can assure you the eye rolling did not happen once......it happened over and over and over. With her underlying emotional problems, within 2 years she will gain her weight back. Watch and see. (I am in the weight loss industry and have seen it happen many many times with patients that have the type of self esteem she has.) She worked on her outside, but now needs to work desperately on her inside.

    Posted by: Jujubee | March 21, 2008 09:34 AM

Brit, you were my fave from the start...ignore the farging iceholes that said the mean things above! I'm so excited that you live in San Jacinto! I live in Beaumont just over the hill (20 min away?) If you ever need a workout partner...leave a message on my blog! So proud of you girl, you look amazing!!
    jill

    Posted by: jil | March 21, 2008 11:30 AM

Jujubee, I think your in the wrong industry. Teresa is right. And just so you know, losing weight isn't and shouldn't be about who is better. It is a personal journey. Who are you to say whether or not she will gain the weight back? It's people like you that make weight loss harder for people-because you are so dang judgemental. Brit, I think just coming to the show and being so strong even when you were struggling, girl you can do ANYTHING you set your mind too. Ignore these fools...they judge on blogs like these because their jealous of you. I live in Cali too girl... not TOO terribly far from you. I'd love to be a workout partner as well or just some encouraging support. Keep it up!

    Posted by: Kady | March 21, 2008 06:22 PM

Kady - Oh trust me, I am certainly NOT jealous of Brittany. I was at a weight of 204 at one point, and have been at 125 lbs. for eight years now. It is why I went into the profession I am - and should be in. I have helped hundreds of patients successfully lose weight, and I am qualified to make the statement above about her not keeping the weight off if she does not address her emotional issues. It has been published in medical journals that individuals with emotional issues rarely keep the weight off if they don't address their issues.

I will say that you are absolutely right that losing weight should not be about who is better - BUT that's exactly how Brittany conducted herself. If she did not do better than the others (and she rarely did), she would eye roll or criticize them. She may have started off there for the right reasons - but, she lost sight of that.

Oh, and if you really think Brit is going to contact you....don't get your hopes up.

I think you are the fool for even putting that in your post.

    Posted by: jujubee | March 21, 2008 07:56 PM

You people all amuse me!! So many of you are right - but others won't admit it. You all think your opinions are right, but no one else's are and have to give your two cents if you don't agree. Who the heck cares!!

These contestants put themselves out there and know the cameras are rolling. Whatever opinions that people have, they have a right to have based on what is shown on tv. Unfortunately, those who put themselves in the public eye, get what they get. Look at the celebrities that put up with all they do. It's part of the industry.

If you don't like the comments you see posted by others - why don't you contact the NBC producers and tell them to quit portraying the contestants in a poor light. That's what really is happening here.

On the postings about Paul Marks - it was revealed that NBC totally made him out to look terrible when he went home, when that was actually not the case. Totally unfair to him, and to his family to have to read the horrible things said about him - that was a result of editing by the NBC producers. Venting your anger towards other posters here is very unproductive. If you want to be productive, start emailing the NBC execs because they certainly won't see it here.

BTW Jujubee, congrats on maintaining your weight loss. I do think you have a point about the emotional piece of keeping weight off. I have been a yo yo dieter for years and am finally getting down to the underlying reasons why I repeatedly put the weight back on.

Congrats to all the contestants for all the hard work that they do, and for all they have to put up with through their journey. I wish them all success.

This is starting to sound more like a chatroom than a bulletin board. Negative comments about the personal lives of the contestants and attacking other people posting comments to this board will get this board pulled from the site.

If you don't have any thing nice or constructive to say, then post nothing.

I agree with Call Me Switzerland. They should pull this site. It's one of the nastiest I have ever come across - I keep saying I'm not coming back, but I do. I wish it really wasn't here anymore.

I say the heck with the negatives from all these comments. You worked your butt off. It shows. Your beautiful and your figure will come in time. Keep up the great work and dont give up. Its also the beauty inside thats even more important.

If you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

Yeah, that's right. I guess a few of you weren't in school that day.

I was so sad to see you go. I saw a lot of myself in you and you're a true inspiration to me. It's hard to be a young person with a weight problem. Keep up the good work and can't wait to see you at the finale!

    Brittany,
I think you did an awesome job and put the men to a challenge that they were not expecting. Kuddo's girlfriend!!
If a person has never fought the battle of weight loss then they will never know the emotional side of what you have gone through. There is nothing worse then working your butt off to lose two pounds. But two pounds will make a difference. The difference between you and those that lost a lot very fast, is that you will have a better chance of keeping it off. I hope they can, but I think your chances will be greater. I agree that Dan will find he in not in the circle as much as he thinks he is, and " the guys" won't think twice before getting rid of him. Honestly I get tired of listening to Kelly whine about everything, but I still give her the respect for going out there and trying to do what she can. Remember that the person you are is always going to be the same no matter what. Just remember to do this to be healthy! That is what is most important. You have beauty inside and out. There are some thin beautiful women in this world, but when you look beyond the surface, they are absolutely hidious.

Brittany rocked the show! The guy players are little more obnoxious (except Bernie, he was a cutie). Brittany was very competitive and I never noticed the eye-rolling - what are you talking about? oh well, she looks amazing - Good for her!

Man i have been watching this show for the longest time, and i must say Brtttany was one of the passionate and strong and very motivated persons i have seen, and I give her props and i know she can win from home, I am a fan of hers.

I hope you get everything out of life you wish..

    Best of luck to you!

Brittany.. You are Smoking Hot and I hated to see you go but you go girl. You are such an insperation to me and everybody that watched the show. p.s.I just have to say the dress you had on when you walked the runway was amazing and hot a little reviling but wow!! what a women!!!

    Posted by: Juan Jesus ( Chuy ) Alfaro | March 25, 2008 10:17 PM

In the end of the show doesn't it come down to the percentage of weight lost? If so, then almost no woman has a chance to win! It is sad but if someone weighed 300 then they could get down to 150 but if you only start out with 200 it is nearly impossible to win the show!
I find it amusing that the guys are keeping themselves in when they are their only true competition. The women can't lose half of their body weight to win the show in the end. It is sad and I think the format of the show should be changed! I think it was great that Jillian or Brittany had the nerve to say something about it in one of the episodes.
I think Brittany actually wanted to beat the guys which I liked to see, you can definately see it in ali and kelly now. If they fall below the yellow line they are definately gone because the guys don't seem to realize how the game actually works.

    Hi Brittany
You are AWESOME. I thought you was very passionate about what you had to do. Who's jealous? mmm maybe the viewers? You are beautiful and dont ever forget it.

    Posted by: pkj | March 25, 2008 11:20 PM

oh and if you look at the picture at the top I don't see Roger or Bernie. I think that picture is Brittany after a challenge when she was on the black team. The mystery person didn't make it to the black team, or have I been watching the wrong show?

Please if someone knows, doesn't the end winner come down to the percentage of body weight lost? I'm really curious if it does.

    Posted by: Sarah | March 25, 2008 11:30 PM

Brittany, You are very inspiring and I enjoyed watching you fight so hard to win. Even though you got voted off I think you are a winner. You are a class act. Best wishes, Linda

Brittany you are a fierce girl!!!! Very competitive. I am so sorry to see you go. Hope you win the At home portion of the game! You and Bernie were great together.
The Blue Team just seemed overwhelming and ridiculous! Mark was such a cry-baby! Hope you win it all.

To sarah: It has to be based on percentage of weight lost-otherwise it would not be fair. If a woman gets super thin and a guy who starts out a lot heavier does not get comparatively as thin, then a woman could win The Biggest Loser (but it has not happened yet). Did you see how skinny Julie got last season? She came close to winning and so did Susie on a previous season. Tonight's show proved something to everyone. For kelly to lose 7 lbs this late in the game was just incredible. It brought those cocky blue team members down a notch or two. This is the first season ever where members have chosen loyalty over playing the game. The men got rid of Brittney who was not a threat-very interesting. I never get upset if my favorite player gets voted off. It is "above all" a game, and some people out here should realize that. I hope that every single player keeps his or her lost weight off. Every season (when I watch the finale) I am just blown away by how incredible these contestants look.

To samantha: This post is supposed to be about Brittney, but I will say this: Cameras do not lie. I saw Paul (with my own eyes) Shoving chicken wings into his mouth and probably drinking beer too. He gained 4 lbs when he went home, and please don't insult my intelligence by telling me that it wasn't his fault!

    Posted by: calbaby | March 26, 2008 05:42 AM

    CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESS BEAUTIFUL.

    Posted by: D. Wilson | March 26, 2008 05:49 AM

I just read Paul's posts. I apologise to Samantha. I guess NBC wanted us to all think badly about Paul's eating habbits when he went home. It was also another week that he gained four pounds (not the week that he went home). However, in general, I think that the show portrays the contestants (including beautiful Brittney) as they really are-tears-anger-jealousy-sometimes whining-in other words-flawed human beings who take on an amazing struggle to lose weight and get fit-all the while being filmed for us all to watch.

    Posted by: Calbaby | March 26, 2008 06:03 AM

I think you rock. It's a shame that you had to leave but I know you will do great without the show :) I've struggled with weight and it's an uphill battle but with the right support it's all possible to conquer ! Rock on girl

Brittany, I think you did a great job and have been so pretty from day one. I enjoyed your youth and grit when trying to out-do those silly 'boys'. I loved that you always gave them a run for their money.

I enjoyed watching you and Bernie, you made a really nice team for two people who didn't know each other.

It makes me laugh everytime one of those 'Blue Boys' starts blubbering. I've never seen so many tears out of 'real men'. I know it's an emotional experience for everyone but they are just a little too much..at least that is what NBC shows us.

Keep up the good work, inside and out.

    Posted by: Amy | March 26, 2008 11:18 AM

To the one who said that this was, and I quote, "The worst cast on The Biggest Loser", Au Contraire. Bette-Sue and Ali are great. And chat rooms are places where things happen like people asking kids to come to their house and then killing them. This isn't a chat room.

First off, anyone with anything negative to say about anyone of these contestants go away! What you have to say has no purpose. I personally think you have done an amazing job! I can relate to you in so many ways (Mostly personality). Even though I am not over weight myself I do have a mom that is and I watch the struggle every single day with dieting and exercise and everything else that comes along with it. You are such an inspiration my 53 yr old mom even gets a kick out of your "No guff taking" personality. You worked your ass off and still kept your head up (or so they made it seem)with those numbers each week. I wish you all the success and thanks so much for giving me the joy of watching you give those guys "A run for their money!" You deserved to win! P.s

    Brittany,

My daughter and I watched the show faithfully until you and Bernie were voted off. You were our favorite "couple". My daughter, who is battling her own weight issues, really looks up to you. She is 11 and has lost three pounds since the show began. Just by following advice from the show and being more active. Her goal is to be "smoking hot" just like Brittany.

My daughter, Kylie, would comment all the time about how beautiful you are. I couldn't agree with her more!! You were gorgeous before you dropped the weight but I can't wait to see you at the finale!!

    Keep up the great work!!

I think Brittany lost good weight on The Biggest Loser. You can tell she has lost a lot of weight even though see barely pulled off big numbers on the scale.I cried when I found out that she got eliminated. But now she is a hole alot healthier now.She is a perfect example of a averege woman's weight loss.[No Offense Brittany]
